Changing legislation and market conditions as well as internal improvement needs require continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). In accordance with the requirements and recommendations of the international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 9004, IWA 1, ISO 14001 and others) the most important goals and objectives of health resorts and sanatoriums are continual improvement of their services and ensuring that they are capable of providing the ultimate customer’s (the patient’s) satisfaction, and also innovation development, cost and environmental risk reduction. «Volga cliff» Resort conducts research on Optimum Goal Achievement Model development based upon integrated management system for those objectives achievement. Quality Policy is developed and actual measurable goals are established for health resort treatment. This system of goals and objectives is based upon actual data measurement and monitoring and expands all levels of management, planning and performing particular quality improvement activities for medical services providing. Internal audits are used to provide top management with complete and impartial information about overall management system performance, QMS and processes performance and medical services quality. Satisfying ISO 9001 requirements and applying process approach to Arterial Hypertension treatment enabled the primary goal of the complex health resort treatment to be established. This goal is the greatest reduction in overall cardiovascular risk factors for particular patient and creation resort product subsequently. Medical manager pays special attention to processes’ interaction and optimization, and patient’s state supervision. Integrated management system deploying enables sanatoriums and health resorts to make significant use of human, material and resort resources. |
