Diseases of a nose and nose-by sinuses are the widespread kind of pathology of the top respiratory ways. The major value in treatment has maintenance of evacuation of stagnation — a cleavage of a nose, so-called irrigational therapy. The way of a cleavage of a nasal cavity used in sanatorium and nasopharynxes is offered by M.E. Begljarom. As a medicinal solution at a cleavage of a nasal cavity 25 % a solution of mineral water «May-balyk» is used. It is treated 276 patients from 7 till 70 years, were made 879 cleavages, from one up to ten procedures on a course are lead.All patients after irrigational therapy respiratory, olfactory functions of a nose were restored, attributes of an inflammation of a mucous of a nasopharynx have disappeared. The given method is most effective in conservative treatment of acute and chronic diseases of a nose and its adnexal sinuses.
